Equipped with 3D CAD software, we can handle the design and manufacturing of quality tools and dies, and will provide full tool history support documentation upon request. And, we also offer comprehensive technical support for our entire tool and die products, including having one of our staff members travel to your facility to show your employees how a new product works.
Specializing in welding fixtures, we also manufacture and design tool inspection gauges and assembly fixtures. We can handle the design and manufacturing of a part measuring up to 15.7 inches in diameter, 44 inches in length, twenty inches in width, and twelve inches in height. And, we also work with a variety of materials, ranging from stainless and tool steel to copper, aluminum, and brass.
